• Careers: information you submit in your application (via Google Form).

3. Cookies & similar technologies

Essential cookies: always on for the site to function (language, security). No consent required.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): activated ONLY AFTER you click “Accept” on the cookie bar. We use Google Consent Mode v2 — all advertising/analytics signals default to “denied” until you consent.

• Supabase — reservation/customer database hosting.
• Vercel — website hosting infrastructure.
• Google Analytics — anonymised measurement (only with consent).
• Email/SMS providers — reservation confirmations.
• Competent authorities where required by law.

7. Data retention

Reservation and customer data is kept only as long as necessary to serve you and comply with the law (typically up to 24 months from your last interaction), then deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP you have the right to:

• Know, access and correct your personal data.
• Withdraw consent and request deletion.
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Lodge a complaint with the competent authority.
