多年前北越旅遊時 曾到此用餐 今天忽然心血來潮 覺得該做個紀錄 所以來補個食記✍️ 因為歷史因素 越南是融合世界兩大美食 中國菜及法國菜 進而發展成屬於自己料理文化的地方😋 當時為了方便溝通 還放了牛排跟魚的紙條供我們選餐 感覺頗有效率😄 從照片記憶來看 擺盤有法式的優雅 也有置入像炸春捲這種純中式的點心 兩者兼容並蓄 視覺上毫不違和 搭配紅酒一起進食 可謂一次口感分明 層次豐富的味蕾之旅🤗 Food: 5/5Service: 5/5Atmosphere: 5/5

My mom and I went here on our last night in Vietnam and it was the absolute best way to end our trip. The service was perfect and the food was divine! The wait staff socialized and were so kind and understanding. The chef even came over and chatted. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Very good ambience. The food are yummy with very good staff service. Have a enjoyable night.

Both of us got the 7 course meal. Beautiful. We felt to spoiled. It’s our second time here. The attention to detail, the male waiter was very attentive, funny n good small talk. The meals were served as a good pace. We made reservations so they were already expecting us. Got the red wine. Good wine. Every course of the meal is wonderful. Would love to enjoy every dish again. We both enjoy the Tuna carpaccio. The Black cod is most memorable to me. It buttery and firm fish. The miso glaze is very suitable without overpowering the taste of the fish. Husband loves the beef wellington. French onion soup is good, just as I remembered. He usually don’t order Salmon and he really enjoys the dish prepared this way. Salad is good. Very yummy. Has some apple slices. Lamb portions is a little small since there is a lot of bone. I loved the lemon tart! He loved the chocolate mousse. Little macaroons and meringue is very nice. We love it so much we can’t wait to be back here on our next trip to Hanoi

Beyond Wonderful! We were only in Hanoi four nights but ate at Maison Vie twice! The food is amazing and the service is spectacular. Lotus was our server the second night we were there and she was wonderful. Her kind attentiveness, efficiency, as well as her friendliness made us feel so welcome! Chef's amazing creations would keep us coming back regularly if we were living here!!! Date of visit: November 2025
